Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return under UK consumer law.

Items must be: Unused and in original condition

 

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Please note that all returns are sent to our warehouse in Sweden.

We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

Refunds

After inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may be reduced if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary.
