Shipping Policy

At KitchenDreams, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfilment timelines, delivery expectations, and your responsibilities as a customer.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as courier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather can impact delivery time.

Handling Time: 2–5 business days

Transit Time: 5–9 business days

Total Delivery Timeframe: 7–14 business days from the time your order is placed

 

Shipping Area

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, USA and Australia.

Delivery Carriers

We work with reliable third-party couriers including: Royal Mail, Hermes / Evri, DPD, Other regional partners as needed

Customs & Duties

Since we ship internationally, you may be responsible for customs, VAT, or import fees levied by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by you to receive the order.

Please note that this policy is written in accordance with UK eCommerce legislation and cross-border consumer standards under the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Kitchendreams is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived after 45 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at support@kitchendreams.uk with your order number. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking to become active.

Delivery Refusal or Missed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure (e.g. refused delivery or unclaimed at a collection point), we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs incurred from your refund, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
